Frequently asked questions
Which exercise suits children?+
For primary school children the 4 × 4 Schulte table, letter cancellation on Easy (every d – good against mixing up b and d) and two-handed tracing work well. “Extra large print” makes the sheets especially easy to read.
Do the exercises help with exams and aptitude tests?+
Knowing the task types helps you start a test calmer and lose less time understanding them. Letter cancellation and the Stroop test resemble well-known test tasks. They give no norm values or test score.
Are the exercises suitable for seniors?+
Yes. Every exercise has an Easy level and the worksheets come in extra large print too – handy for memory training, care or at home. The exercises are activity and practice, not therapy.
What is the exercise of the day?+
Every day another of the four exercises is on – with the same task for everyone on level Medium. So you can compare yourself with others and share your result.
Is my data stored?+
Only in your browser: results, best times and the exercise of the day you finished. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account.
The exercises are for practice and fun. They do not replace a diagnosis or therapy.
