Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded to a server?

No. All processing happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device and nothing is sent over the network.

Is there a file size limit?

The only limit is your device's memory, since everything runs in the browser. Very large files (hundreds of MB) may be slow on low-end devices.

How do page ranges work?

Use comma-separated numbers or ranges, for example "1-3, 5, 8-10". Page numbers start at 1. For splitting, leaving the field empty exports each page as a separate file.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once the page is loaded, no internet connection is required. You can even save the HTML file and run it locally.

Will rotation affect the page content?

No. Rotation only changes how a page is displayed and printed. The underlying content stays intact and editable.
